www.saturday, March 19, 2011 THE Peoples Democratic party is campaigning hard and this time instead of a proper interview session with a journalist, The incumbent and PDP presidential aspirant for a second term sat down with ‘corny’ entertainer D’banj to discuss ‘affairs of the nation’. The interview has been heavily critiqued with the choice of the campaign team and presidency to be interviewed by D’banj instead of a serious – hard news journalist. THis post would be updated with a video from the interview which was aired on Silverbird TV Some of the comments that followed after the interview are: ‘The interview is just a charade’ ‘I thought I was the only person that noticed D’banj just nodding his head and being restless on his seat. Notwithstanding,the President talked well especially on education.He seems to me to have an understanding of what is happening… in that sector.’www.happening… in that sector.’ ‘Why can’t I use a swear word to describe exactly how I feel about this posting. WTF is D’Banj doing there thinking he’s representing the interest of Youths? Isn’t it so glaring or do we need Jazzman to tell us how effed up this Govt. is? They only care about the GMGs not abt you and I. Vote GEJ and Status Quo remains.’ ‘Let Mr. President stage interview with whoever it is he wants, but we will only consider him serious if and when he shows up for the debate between the presidential candidates. we wont be fooled easily.’ what do u guys think?
